This contract is entered into this day, between Laser Lectronics, hereafter known as Laser and ____________________, hereafter known as client. Laser agrees to build a web site for client for the sum of $_____.__ with web hosting contract or $_____.__ without web hosting.
It is understood that client will pay for the web site 50% in advance of the beginning of the construction of the site and the balance within 10 days after completion of site along with any web hosting.
If web hosting is being provided by Laser, the
fee will be $_______.___ per month with a 12 month contract. If after 12
months, clients wants to change host sites, they may do so. Web hosting will
automatically renew for an additional year if notice is not received within 60
days of the expiration of the first 12 months. In the event that the client
decides to discontinue their web site for any reason before the end of this
contract, the client will pay Laser a fee $200.00 plus any
discount given for web design.
FREE WEB SITES ONLY...Laser will build a Free Web Page to
be hosted under an existing web site owned by Laser. Laser
will own the web page and the client will benefit from its content. Client
will provide the information for the web page. Client will agree to a 12
month web hosting contract with hosting to be $_______.___ per month with the
same late dates and penalties as stated below. The same penalty for not
completing the 12 month contract as stated below will apply as well as the same
renewal terms and conditions.
All photographs should be submitted to Laser on disk in jpeg format. Additional assistance with the web site will be available and the price of these services will be based on the need of the client. The normal charge is $75.00 per hour with a ½ hour minimum and additional time billed in 1/4 hour segments.
The client agrees to hold harmless, Laser Lectronics and their owners, directors, employees, heirs or assigns, due to any use of the web site by the client. It is understood that the client will be in control of the content of the web site. Laser will build the above mentioned web site and have it ready for use within 21 working days after all photos and necessary items are provided by the client. If web hosting contract, the web hosting will be waived for the first 30 days during the construction of the web site. Hosting will begin as soon as site is completed.
All payments for web site construction or web hosting should be made to Laser Lectronics and mailed to 2679 Spyglass Dr. Clearwater, Florida 33761. All web hosting are due on the 1st of each month at a rate of $______.__ per month or as described above. Any payment not received by the 15th of the month will be billed a late fee of 10% or $10.00 whichever is greater and if not paid by the end of the month due, the web site hosting interrupted and a $50.00 re-connection fee in addition to any late fees will be charged to re activate the each site.
In the event that it becomes necessary to hire outside help to collect any fees due Laser, client will be responsible for any additional fees needed to collect these fees. Including and not limited to all attorneys fees, court cost, mailing, and etc.
This agreement is the entire agreement between Laser and the client any modifications may be added as addendums to the contract and be listed as ______________________________________________.
